EasyBrizi Handyman Services — reliable, hassle-free home repairs. Painting, toilet & faucet replacements, TV, shelf and picture mounting, plus assembly of BBQs, gazebos and patio sets. Upfront per-task pricing, so you know the cost before work begins.
Straightforward per-task pricing — no hourly clock running. Materials are extra unless stated, and you'll always approve the final quote before work starts.
You supply the new fixture (or ask and I'll help you pick the right one), I handle the removal, install, seal and test.
Clean lines, protected floors and furniture, and a tidy space when I'm done.
No phone tag, no vague estimates.
Send a photo of what you need fixed, mounted or built to (647) 449-4947.
You get a clear, upfront per-task quote — that's the price you pay.
Pick a time that works. I show up when promised, do clean work, and tidy up after.
Based locally and travelling to clients across these communities — and nearby areas, just ask.
Anything else — just text and ask.
Per task, not per hour. You get an upfront quote based on the job (most standard prices are listed above), and that's what you pay. Materials are extra unless stated in your quote.
The minimum service call is $80. Bundling a few small jobs into one visit is the best value.
Text a photo of the job to (647) 449-4947 with a short description. Most quotes come back the same day.
For faucet and toilet replacements, you supply the fixture — I'm happy to point you to the right one for your setup. I bring all the tools and standard supplies for mounting, assembly and painting prep.
